Overview

Pumori Support Plus is a critical support system for Pumori Banking software. It was adopted by over 130 banks and financial institutions in Nepal.

I developed it during my time at Mercantile Communication, working as product owner across core banking support, branchless banking and insurance projects.

What I did

  1. Developed Pumori Support Plus as the support system for Pumori Banking software.
  2. Used Agile delivery with JIRA and Team Foundation Server to manage development, issues and documentation.
  3. Connected applications to the core banking system, and built the network layer between agent devices and the system.
  4. Secured apps and data across the network using cryptography and hardened APKs.
  5. Wrote server-side code in .NET and PHP as projects required.
