## Overview

Pumori Support Plus is a critical support system for Pumori Banking software. It was adopted by over 130 banks and financial institutions in Nepal.

I developed it during my time at Mercantile Communication, working as product owner across core banking support, branchless banking and insurance projects.

## What Madhab did

- Developed Pumori Support Plus as the support system for Pumori Banking software.
- Used Agile delivery with JIRA and Team Foundation Server to manage development, issues and documentation.
- Connected applications to the core banking system, and built the network layer between agent devices and the system.
- Secured apps and data across the network using cryptography and hardened APKs.
- Wrote server-side code in .NET and PHP as projects required.
