## Overview

CRM Renewals is a subscription-based platform that oversees renewal scheduling and facilitates automated payments. I created it at CRM Australia, a company providing subscription management for Australian publishers, working as product owner.

Data reaches the platform from SAP systems through an Azure Hybrid Connection that I configured and set up.

## What Madhab did

- Created the CRM Renewals system, handling renewal scheduling and automated payments.
- Configured an Azure Hybrid Connection to pull data from SAP systems.
- Analysed business and functional requirements, and designed software components to meet them.
- Documented supported systems and applications, and trained new and existing team members.
